
T. Adebisi 'Bisi' Adele
Adebisi “Bisi” Adele is an engineer, IT professional, and servant leader whose life reflects the words of Matthew 5:14–16—“You are the light of the world… let your light shine before others, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University and a Master of Science in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania. Bisi describes herself as “an engineer by experience and a lover of education by design,” bridging technical expertise and a deep commitment to social innovation.

In 2017, Bisi founded Adeiur, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving adolescents in underrepresented communities through education, empowerment, and elevation. Adeiur’s impact includes scholarships, college preparation and mentorship, along with annual hygiene drives that benefit communities across the U.S. Internationally, Adeiur extends its reach to orphan schools in Kenya, Tanzania, and Nigeria, providing essential food, housing, and educational resources.

Her journey continues to reflect this mission as she leads Stobridge Education Inc., where Bisi champions equitable education and builds pathways that prepare students for College and Career—equipping the next generation to walk confidently in purpose and potential.

With over 19 years of speaking experience, she has captivated audiences both in-persona and virtual from NBCUniversal, National Society of Black Engineers, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Women in STEM at Prairie View A&M University, and much more.

Recognized for service, Bisi has been featured by NBCUniversal and the National Science Foundation, and has partnered with organizations such as Microsoft, University of Pennsylvania, and Our Lady of the Lake University. Whether in technology, education, or Kingdom work, she embodies the call to be a light—using her gifts, resources, and influence so that others may rise.
